Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to employees, trainees, or clients in line with the designated training schedule.
• Create and present effective training content, including materials, presentations, and live demonstrations.
• Evaluate trainee understanding and performance through assessments, assignments, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide practical, on-site training and assistance during visits to client or project locations.
• Ensure trainees are well-versed in company workflows, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor trainee progress meticulously and maintain comprehensive training documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to pinpoint training requirements and enhance training program effectiveness.
• Address trainee inquiries promptly, offering ongoing mentorship and support.
• Achieve training goals by ensuring all programs are completed on time.
• Frequently travel to various project sites as needed to conduct training and facilitate implementation support. Site visits are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess approximately 1 to 3 years of experience (13 years as per source seems erroneous; likely 1-3 years) in training, field support, or related functions.
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Tamil languages.
• Be comfortable with regular travel to multiple site locations.
• Experience in conducting both classroom-based and hands-on training sessions is beneficial.
• Capable of clearly explaining technical information to trainees.
• Have excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working autonomously.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Chennai or Chengalpattu areas.
