Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly advise and support employees and management on labor and collective bargaining issues while managing organizational and administrative HR tasks.
  • Oversee time recording processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations and compliance standards.
  • Manage and continuously improve personnel processes throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Conduct employee interviews and HR discussions.
  • Represent the company in matters related to labor law.
  • Analyze data to enhance employee experiences and workplace satisfaction.
  • Serve as the contact point for social insurance agencies and professional associations.
  • Coordinate and maintain compliance with data protection requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed degree in business administration or law with a focus on human resources or labor law, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in operational HR management, preferably in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor and social security law with a commitment to ongoing learning in these areas.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with various stakeholders.
  • High commitment to customer service and support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, balancing empathy with assertiveness.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications.
  • Independent, organized, and solution-focused work approach.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Openness to change, eagerness to learn, and a proactive hands-on attitude.
