Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Trainer position located in the Greater Chennai Area. Trainers will conduct classroom sessions tailored for Bank, SSC, and TNPSC exam aspirants. Responsibilities include delivering clear explanations of concepts, guiding practice question-solving, and sharing effective exam strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with exam syllabi.
• Develop and update instructional resources and study materials.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to assist learners with challenging topics.
• Monitor student progress through tests and assignments, offering constructive feedback.
• Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance course content continually.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, training workshops, and curriculum reviews to maintain high instructional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong proficiency in subjects such as quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, and general awareness relevant to Bank, SSC, and TNPSC exams.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, ideally within competitive exam coaching domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities capable of simplifying complex concepts engagingly.
• Ability to create structured lesson plans and assessments supporting learner development.
• Effective classroom management and strong interpersonal skills with an inclusive, learner-focused approach.
• Familiarity with digital tools for content preparation, performance tracking, and academic coordination.
• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; degrees in education, commerce, mathematics, or similar fields are advantageous.
• Previous coaching experience in Bank, SSC, or PSC exams is highly preferred.
