Trainee Process Associate - International Voice AR Calling (Fresher Walk-In)

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding accounts receivable by performing detailed analysis and engaging customers through phone communications using available resources.
• Leverage all relevant tools and applications for next-step resolutions such as payments, corrected submissions, appeals, patient transfers, or adjustments.
• Identify and report recurring issues related to denials, claim errors, credentialing problems, and billing obstacles to the manager.
• Consistently achieve the defined service level agreements concerning production and quality standards.
• Accurately document call outcomes and analyses within the billing system.
• Adhere to the process policies and procedures, staying updated on any changes.
• Continuously enhance performance based on feedback received from management and quality audits.

Candidate Eligibility and Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from 2020 to 2026 are welcome to apply; this includes those with career gaps.
• Eligible degrees: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics).
• Diplomas, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech holders are not eligible.

Interview and Work Details

• Face-to-face walk-in interview scheduled on August 3rd, Monday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Western Pearl Building, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
• Interview rounds include HR discussion, online grammar and aptitude test, Versant language assessment, and operational/technical evaluation.
• Working shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM with flexibility required for night schedules.
• Two-way cab transport provided within a 15 km radius of the office location.
