About the Trainee Program

This 18-month trainee program invites candidates seeking responsibility and the chance to shape a company's future. It offers direct engagement in strategic corporate projects and close cooperation with senior leadership including the C-Level team. Participants will accompany cross-divisional change and optimization initiatives from analysis to concept and implementation, gaining insights into strategic corporate governance and grooming for future leadership or expert roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects with direct visibility to management and shareholders.
• Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Develop solid recommendations and support implementation of transformation and change projects.
• Assist in designing, steering, and executing demanding projects.
• Prepare decision support materials, business cases, management presentations, and executive briefings for top management.
• Organize workshops and gradually take on moderation responsibilities.
• Engage in developing project management, governance, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and department leaders across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Outstandingly completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred completion or near completion of a Master's degree.
• Prior experience through internships, working student roles, or project work in consulting, in-house consulting, strategy, project management, or process management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a structured, data-driven approach.
• High initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and effective execution capabilities.
• Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analysis and BI tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in German at a business level.
