Your Responsibilities

As a Traffic Management Operative, you will often work independently, delivering equipment to live sites and implementing various traffic management setups. Compliance with the relevant code of practice is essential. You will also be responsible for conducting site-specific risk assessments to guarantee safety for M Group employees, the public, and other road users throughout all activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of at least a Unit 2 street works ticket, with Lantra accreditation preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar traffic management role.
• The ability to follow instructions from management effectively.
• Strong commitment to health and safety best practices.
• Holding a valid UK driving licence.
