Role overview

  • Load and unload traffic-control equipment between the company vehicle and the worksite.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation before leaving the final site of the day.
  • Use and care for personal protective equipment according to company policy.
  • Keep company vehicles tidy and notify management about any safety issues or vehicle defects.
  • Check the start time and site address, or meeting location when applicable, as sent by the office scheduler through the company app.
  • Read and follow the safety manual and employee handbook.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver’s licence is preferred.

  • Must be able to remain on your feet for the full shift and perform repeated arm and hand movements.
  • Frequent breaks are not available in this role.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be physically able to perform all flagging duties.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required. Employees may drive their own vehicles to the site or assigned meeting location. Riding with or driving crew members is voluntary carpooling for employee convenience.
