- Strong teamwork and communication aptitude, collaborating well with site managers, designers, and colleagues.
- Practical experience in performing trade-related functions.
- Understanding and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operational processes.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting materials and working in various settings.
- Good hand-eye coordination along with attention to detail.
- Diagnosing problems and determining effective repair or installation methods.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and thoroughly.
- Relevant trade qualifications, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent on-site construction/building experience. Formal certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring, estimating, and material calculations.
- Possession of a full driving license with an ability to travel to different job sites as required.
