About The Role

K&B Mitre 10 is seeking a motivated individual to join the Norwood site team. The role demands strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety standards for all staff, customers, and contractors within the department.
• Assist customers by efficiently handling their orders and providing prompt service.
• Prepare and pick orders for dispatch on delivery vehicles.
• Organize and store stock, focusing on timber and related materials.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and focus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a busy environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Physically fit as role involves heavy lifting.
• Proficient with basic computer technology.

• Possession of a Class C driver’s license is mandatory.
• Forklift license required.
