Trade Finance Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Specialist to lead multinational trade revenue expansion initiatives. This role demands expertise in banking with a strong focus on trade finance, transaction banking, and global transaction banking sales. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to drive trade revenue growth and secure trade mandates from multinational corporations, particularly within regional markets such as Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, and broader trade corridors.

Key Responsibilities & Profile

• Leverage comprehensive experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Working Capital Solutions to provide strategic leadership.
• Apply deep understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle and operate within complex trade models.
• Lead and contribute to digital transformation and trade platform initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong commercial insight aimed at maximizing revenue and acquiring new clients.
• Build and maintain robust relationships through excellent stakeholder engagement skills across multiple jurisdictions.
• Effectively manage multinational client portfolios within challenging complex environments.
• Communicate fluently in Arabic and English, utilizing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Be based in Doha, Qatar, operating on-site.

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in banking with a focus on Trade Finance or Transaction Banking.
• Successful track record in growing trade revenues and winning mandates from multinational clients.
• Experience working within Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, or related regional trade corridors.
• Exposure to trade digitalization and transformation projects.
