Role Overview

This role involves working within the Trade Counter team at our Rolleston branch. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople in obtaining the supplies they need for construction and renovation projects while supporting other branch operations.

Daily Activities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and offer product-related information.
• Conduct regular customer deliveries using company vehicles.
• Provide quotations in person and via telephone.
• Engage in pick packing and stock management tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for assisting customers in person and by phone.
• Ability to pick orders, manage sales floor displays, and ensure accuracy of information.
• Proficient with computers and eager to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver's licence and flexible to work various shifts including weekends.
• Aspirations to advance their career locally or within the wider company network.
