The Toyota Technician role is centered on carrying out mechanical repairs and related workshop tasks to help the center meet customer satisfaction goals and service sales targets. The position follows company mission, values, standard procedures, and close operational supervision.

Authority and working framework
- Day-to-day work is carried out under a high level of operational supervision.

Key purpose
The main purpose of this job is to perform mechanical repair work and associated tasks in the center while supporting customer satisfaction, service revenue, and quality standards through proper use of tools, methods, and procedures.
Core responsibilities
- Carry out repairs requested by customers with proper execution, under the Chief Technician’s close supervision, and within the promised delivery time and estimated cost.
- Inspect and evaluate vehicles using the proper tools and equipment, with guidance from the service Chief Technician, to identify damage and repair needs.
- Support the resolution of complex technical issues alongside team leaders through testing and examination so the correct repair solution is applied.
- Perform after-sales work such as vehicle repairs and scheduled maintenance in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a guest-focused approach to help deliver strong after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Job Controller to enter accurate operation numbers, record completed repairs, and update vehicle delivery status using Computerized Time Control Sheets.
- Review technical updates, service bulletins, and daily work instructions in regular team meetings to improve technical capability and operational flow.
- Support after-sales marketing activities, Kaizen initiatives, and business strategy changes that help the center reach its targets.
- Use all service tools, equipment, and facilities properly to support safe operations and protect company welfare, integrity, and brand image.
- Complete assigned work in line with standard operating procedures and coordinate with center service teams to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications and experience
- Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in service work is required.
- English and Arabic language ability is expected.
- Special certification or membership: Toyota Technician / G4.
