Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced tourism consultant who can help train AI systems. The work involves checking how chatbots perform, assessing the quality of their reasoning, and identifying issues that can be used to improve model output.
The role also requires strong language expertise. You will hold conversations with chatbots in both German and English to test their responses, and you will also create original example conversations to teach them appropriate replies.
What you'll do
- Present chatbots with varied and challenging scenarios, then review how well they respond.
- Judge AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and overall performance.
- Write fresh conversation examples that guide the model toward better responses.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- A careful, detail-focused approach to reviewing outputs.
- Strong writing ability and solid command of grammar.
- Expert-level knowledge of linguistics.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, whether currently underway, completed, or in progress, but it is not mandatory.
Working arrangement
This is an independent contractor position. You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The work is done on your own computer, from your own home, and the schedule is self-managed.
Pay and payment
Compensation starts at $28+ USD per hour, with higher bonus rates available on some projects. Payments are issued through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. No payment or upfront fee will ever be requested from applicants.
Eligibility
Only candidates based in Germany will be considered for this role.

This position is listed as an independent contracting arrangement rather than a traditional employee role.
