Tour Manager for Corporate MICE Groups

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and accompany corporate groups throughout their travels, from departure to return.
• Collaborate closely with hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local associates.
• Ensure all itineraries and event schedules are executed seamlessly and effectively.
• Conduct group briefings and serve as the central contact point for clients.
• Address any on-the-ground issues promptly while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably have past experience as a Tour Manager or within the MICE sector.
• Strong communication abilities combined with excellent people management skills.
• Ready and willing to travel extensively throughout India and internationally.
• Maintain composure and stay organized in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.

Location

This role is based in Kolkata with frequent travel obligations domestically and internationally.
