- Build and implement compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive schemes, and bonus models that support organisational goals.
Benefits administration
- Oversee health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programmes so they remain effective and cost-conscious.

- Manage external relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Analytics and compliance
- Build and track metrics to measure how well rewards programmes are performing and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audits to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across compensation and benefits processes.
- Keep current with industry developments, regulatory updates, and best practices in total rewards.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required. The role calls for prior experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards. Professional credentials such as CCP, CEBS, or SHRM-CP/SCP are an advantage.
Skills and attributes
This position requires strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation techniques, and benefits administration, along with a solid grasp of compliance requirements.
