What you will do

  • Own the delivery of rewards programs for the sales market, including compensation, benefits, mobility, and other specialist reward areas.
  • Support the rollout and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the sales market.
  • Manage annual reward cycles such as salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, and market benchmarking.
  • Promote consistency and compliance with global policy while ensuring local practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with people leaders and business stakeholders to shape reward strategies and support decision-making for specific parts of the organization.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to support cost planning and maintain accurate compensation data in global people systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to people teams and senior leaders on complex compensation and benefits topics.
  • Collaborate with Continent Rewards Leads and Global Total Rewards teams.
  • Review internal and external market data to support fair, competitive pay practices within the sales market.
  • Help improve global rewards processes, tools, and data quality on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid experience working in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical ability, advisory skills, and project management capability.
  • Prior experience partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
