Total Rewards Consultant - Compensation and International Recruitment

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Total Rewards Consultant to contribute to our clusters project, focusing on compensation analysis, internal pay equity, alignment with salary scales, and pay positioning for international recruitment within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be expected to analyze extensive and complex workforce data spanning multiple clusters, diverse employee groups, job grades, specialties, and nationalities. This includes evaluating pay alignment with approved salary scales, detecting pay gaps, compression issues, anomalies such as outliers or above-maximum pay cases, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.

The role also includes supporting international recruitment efforts by assessing proposed compensation levels for physicians, nurses, and allied health staff from different source markets and zones to ensure competitiveness, financial control, and alignment with the broader compensation strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in compensation, strong skills in Excel and data modeling, plus experience in internal pay equity analysis, salary scale mapping, compa-ratio calculation, market benchmarking, job and grade alignment, workforce cost modeling, and preparation of executive reports. Experience in healthcare, government, semi-government, or large transformation projects is highly desirable.
