Beijing Worldia Diamond Tools Co., Ltd is a prominent supplier specializing in premium cutting tools and solutions across various sectors. We are expanding and inviting motivated, experienced sales engineers with technical expertise to join our team based in China.
Job Location
Langfang, China
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage international sales for PCD/PCBN tool products.
- Independently acquire customers using platforms such as Alibaba, B2B portals, and Google, and promptly address customer inquiries.
- Engage and negotiate with customers through emails and phone conversations to drive sales transactions.
- Monitor product utilization and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Gather and organize market and industry information to actively promote company products.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in international trade or mechanical engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical tools including types, materials, performance, and use cases.
- Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to interact with foreign clients and manage business correspondence; proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish, German, or Japanese is required.
- Strong command of office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create professional documents and sales reports.
- Experience with international trade platforms and software such as Alibaba International Station and customs declaration systems.
- At least one year of sales experience in the mechanical tools sector or international business development, with preference for candidates having established customer networks and sales channels.
- Proven abilities in market research and customer acquisition, with a proactive approach to maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication, coordination abilities, and team cooperation to work seamlessly with production, technology, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Capability to adapt to diverse cultures and time zones; resilient under high-pressure workflows maintaining productive performance.
