Role Purpose

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support SentinelOne’s growth across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. This role focuses on identifying and vetting high-value sales leads through both inbound and outbound engagement. The SDR will serve as a crucial connection between the marketing and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce SentinelOne’s offerings to potential enterprise clients in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads via cold calls, emails, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and proactively pursue outbound prospects to develop a robust sales funnel.
  • Gain an understanding of client business models, challenges, and decision-making procedures.
  • Customize product presentations and solutions to align with enterprise customer needs.
  • Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Arrange qualified appointments and calls for Account Executives facilitating deal progression.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transition and strategic coordination.
  • Report on pipeline metrics, activities, and results to the Business Development Manager.
  • Keep up to date with product features, competitor landscape, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Proven background in sales development, sales account executive, or similar lead-generation roles.
  • Confidence and skill in conducting cold calls and outbound outreach.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce proficiency is advantageous.
  • Good command of Excel for tracking and analyzing sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations with assurance.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness for personal and professional growth in a team-oriented environment.
