About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is a people-focused restaurant company built around serving great food and delivering memorable service. The team is looking for a To-Go Roadie to help run carryout operations, maintain strong food quality standards, and make sure off-premise guests receive the same level of hospitality as dine-in guests.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly when they place an order and again when they pick it up.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and take orders with the right phone manner.
- Know the menu well enough to enter orders correctly and efficiently.
- Package each order carefully with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Coordinate with back-of-house teammates to get orders completed on time.
- Work with restaurant leadership to give realistic prep-time estimates to guests.
- Use online and mobile app ordering platforms confidently.
- Process orders, To-Go sales, gift card transactions, and cash or card payments through the POS system.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and show teamwork throughout every shift.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay is processed weekly.
