Position Summary
Texas Roadhouse is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out service, maintain high standards for food quality and guest care, and make sure takeout guests receive the same legendary service as dine-in guests.
Pay
Hourly pay: $17.13.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests warmly when they place orders or pick them up, and send them off with the same level of hospitality.
- Answer incoming calls using professional phone manners and accurately record orders.
- Know the menu well enough to take orders correctly and guide guests when needed.
- Package orders carefully, keeping accuracy and organization top of mind.
- Work closely with kitchen and back-of-house teammates so orders are completed smoothly.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers on estimated wait times and communicate those estimates clearly to guests.
- Handle online and mobile app ordering platforms confidently.
- Use the POS system to enter orders, process takeout sales, handle gift card transactions, and complete cash or card payments.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support a strong team environment through cooperation and consistency.
