Role Overview
Apothékary™ is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and manage our TikTok Shop affiliate communities. This role involves fostering engagement and growth within our affiliate networks on platforms such as Discord and Lark, with a strong focus on driving brand-aligned affiliate productivity and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of affiliate communities on Discord and Lark platforms.
- Design and implement community challenges to boost member activity and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Conduct daily reviews of content and provide coaching to affiliate members.
- Engage actively with affiliate creators through direct messaging to maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee launch plan retainer agreements effectively to ensure affiliate support and success.
- Aim to continuously expand and retain a robust group of productive and brand-consistent affiliates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in community or influencer management.
- At least one year of hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliates from the brand perspective.
- Experience creating paid or performance content is advantageous.
- Background in the Beauty or Wellness/Health industries is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, dependent on experience.
