About the Organisation
Act Attack is an English-language theatre collective working across the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and other locations. The organisation delivers acting, improvisation and theatre classes in a lively, social setting for learners at every level, and also provides corporate workshops focused on confidence, teamwork and communication.
Role Overview
This part-time position is for an experienced acting and improvisation coach to teach onsite in Munich. The role involves working once a week, with classes scheduled between Monday and Thursday from 19:00 to 21:00.
What You Will Do
- Lead acting, improv and theatre sessions, with a main focus on beginners.
- Run hands-on exercises that help students build confidence and improve their performance skills.
- Support rehearsals, performances and productions whenever needed.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of professional teaching experience in acting, drama and improv. Experience teaching beginners, intermediate learners and corporate groups is also important. A background in theatre production, directing or stage work would be an advantage. A qualification in Theatre Arts, Drama or a closely related subject is preferred.
Working Details
- This is an onsite role in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
- Classes take place once per week.
- Typical teaching hours are Monday to Thursday, 19:00 to 21:00.
- Compensation is €45 to €65 per hour, depending on group size.
