Role Overview
Join Holy Mission Secondary School in Patna as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for English, delivering well-organized and compelling lessons designed to foster effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design and present engaging lessons to students ensuring they achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Create, implement, and evaluate comprehensive curriculum plans and assessment tools.
- Offer tailored support to students in need of additional academic assistance.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and refine pedagogical strategies.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of student attendance and academic progression.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of teaching experience within an educational institution.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of B.Ed. principles and teaching methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent spoken English capabilities to clearly convey instructional content.
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate a wide spectrum of learning needs and styles.
