The goal is to ensure high-quality, fully traceable deliverables that align business requirements with technical execution and testing results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test plans and scenarios covering functional, regression, failover, and accessibility testing.
  • Build and sustain automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium and UFT.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing for IAM platforms including Saviynt, Entra ID, and Delinea.
  • Ensure broad test coverage and facilitate early identification of defects.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed quality engineering in CI/CD processes.
  • Advocate for defect prevention and ongoing process enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Translate requirements into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and test specifications.
  • Document IAM workflows, processes, and system interactions comprehensively.
  • Support process mapping, identify gaps, and participate in solution design discussions.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, test efforts, and delivered outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, dashboards, and documentation to support audits and compliance needs.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with evolving business and security requirements.
  • Participate in strategic IAM and broader security initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IAM testing or business analysis.
  • Practical experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt and Entra ID is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, reporting, analytics, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Selenium or UFT.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM and IGA processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver cycles, provisioning, and access control mechanisms.
  • Ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technical and testing implementations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
  • Capacity to manage priorities across globally distributed teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Certifications such as CISSP or CBAP are advantageous but not mandatory.
