Job Description
As the HR Generalist / Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will prioritize employee well-being and embody the company's core values. You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and leaders.
- Take full ownership of personnel processes including contract drafting and amendments, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and offboarding, ensuring smooth and timely execution from initiation to completion.
- Maintain HR IT systems, ensure high data quality for personnel records, and generate insightful reports and statistics for management.
- Independently handle labor law queries and related topics.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to effectively support managers.
- Contribute to HR projects as needed, such as enhancing onboarding procedures and implementing new HR systems.
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies or vocational training specializing in Human Resources.
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR, including labor law and personnel administration.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and tools, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical work style.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent cooperation skills.
- Analytical thinking and conceptual strength.
