Overview

Join the esteemed B. Braun Group as a Territory Sales Specialist within the Hospital Care division based in South Island, New Zealand. Taking full ownership of a defined territory, you will spearhead the growth of an esteemed hospital portfolio, championing innovative IV Therapy and Regional Anesthesia products that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass revenue goals across your designated product portfolio.
  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clinicians, anesthetic personnel, nursing teams, and administrative staff.
  • Organize and conduct product trials, training sessions, and clinical presentations tailored to individuals and larger groups.
  • Gain in-depth clinical knowledge to offer excellent troubleshooting and proactive solutions related to product use.
  • Perform detailed market and competitor research, leveraging CRM software and analytics to identify purchasing trends and enhance return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in sales with a natural ability to close deals or a clinical background (e.g., nursing) aiming to transition into a sales role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities such as project order, stock management, and travel planning independently.
  • Thorough understanding of the New Zealand healthcare sector; clinical portfolio experience is advantageous.
  • A solution-driven and analytical approach to interpreting business data and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
