Role overview

What the job involves
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets through direct market visits and by strengthening the distribution network.
- Oversee the distributor setup, including both frontline and backend infrastructure.
- Review MIS reports in a structured way to spot gaps and opportunities that can improve execution and results within the assigned territory.
- Work with distributors on negotiation and help build their teams to better manage customers and increase business.
- Build and maintain trade relationships to reinforce market presence, and share market observations and reports with the branch office.
- Assess ways to improve the company’s competitive position through stronger customer service.
- Track distributor and distributor sales team performance regularly and implement corrective actions when infrastructure gaps are identified.
Key requirements
- A full-time graduation degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales is required.
- Strong capability in ROI calculations and RS distribution management is expected.
- Experience with RS appointment and sales planning is needed.
- Ability to carry out promotional activities and execute them effectively is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is important.
