Role overview
Ecolab is expanding its Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team and is hiring a Territory Representative to manage coverage across Saskatchewan. This field role focuses on delivering a tailored cleaning and sanitation program for quick service restaurants, while partnering with customers to identify opportunities that make their operations cleaner, safer, and healthier.
What you will do
- Support customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration equipment, with training provided if you do not already have direct experience.
- Drive revenue by growing existing accounts and keeping customers engaged through strong service and merchandising support.
- Develop new business through the introduction of additional products and new customer relationships.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to customers on cleaning and sanitation practices using detailed surveys.
- Complete Value Visit surveys according to customer visit schedules, which may be semi-annual, annual, or quarterly, and use the findings to support store needs.
- Recommend product improvements and newer solutions that can help customers improve results and operational performance.
- Finish Serv-Safe training and earn certification.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships while working independently and managing your own calendar.
Work location and schedule
This is a territory-based field position covering all of Saskatchewan and nearby areas. Applicants need to live in Regina or Saskatoon, or in close surrounding areas. The role includes approximately 7 overnight trips per month and rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs, about once every 11 weeks.
Compensation and benefits
The position includes a base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation. Ecolab expects total annual compensation to fall in the range of $58,700 to $73,900, depending on factors such as education, training, experience, location, and travel requirements.

Minimum qualifications and other requirements
- High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of food industry experience is preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required.
- You must be available to provide emergency call support at night, on weekends, and during holidays.
- Ability to travel to the United States for training and meetings is required.
