Role Overview
As a Territory Manager based in Hamilton covering the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, you will be tasked with expanding Campari Group's footprint. You will collaborate closely with retail partners to enhance sales, market penetration, and brand visibility across the product portfolio. This position is field-oriented and requires frequent travel within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture a portfolio of off-premise retail clients within your designated territory.
- Deliver on sales targets through driving product distribution and executing essential commercial strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers while seeking new opportunities for business growth.
- Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising setups, and in-store displays to maximize brand exposure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor moves, transforming insights into practical actions.
- Represent the company at industry and customer events as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Background in FMCG, beverage, liquor, or retail field sales roles.
- Proven track record of managing sales territories and cultivating client relationships.
- Commercially astute, proactive with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable to dedicate the majority of your working hours on the road in the field.
- Holder of a valid New Zealand driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
