Role Overview
The Territory Manager for Two Wheeler Loans is tasked with engaging new clients for two-wheeler loan products at specific branches. This role entails face-to-face interaction with customers to explain and promote banking loan offerings while delivering superior service excellence. The incumbent will manage catchment area analysis, collect client feedback, and spot emerging business opportunities. The position is instrumental in boosting new customer acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing customer lifetime value consistent with the bank's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new customers for two-wheeler loans within assigned market segments and catchments.
- Achieve and surpass monthly targets for customer onboarding through need-based analysis.
- Regularly communicate customer insights and business leads to Relationship Managers.
- Strictly comply with organizational sales guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure sourcing activities comply fully with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain high-quality candidate sourcing aligned with the bank’s policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for team members promoting a culture centered on customer focus, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Encourage automation and digital solutions to better serve customer needs.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent aligned with the bank's growth ambitions.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold at least a graduate degree in any field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Possess 0 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within retail banking or loan products.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential.
- A demonstrated customer-centric mindset focused on service quality.
- Capable of analyzing client needs and discerning potential business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of banking products and processes related to loans.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and develop team members.
- A commitment to compliance, operational discipline, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
