Role overview
This role is focused on promoting National Pension System (NPS) adoption within corporate accounts. The position involves working with senior business and finance leaders, guiding employee onboarding, coordinating implementation, and supporting contribution processing for corporate clients.
Key accountabilities
- Build relationships with CHROs, CFOs, treasury heads, compensation leaders, and other decision-makers to explain the value and structure of NPS.
- Drive employee onboarding for companies subscribing to NPS.
- Facilitate the onboarding of companies into the Corporate NPS framework.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as channel teams and marketing teams to ensure the scheme is implemented smoothly across client organizations.
- Support HR and payroll teams in managing monthly contribution processing.
- Deliver awareness sessions and training programs on NPS and retirement planning.
- Prepare and present data in a clear, structured, and timely manner for stakeholders.
