- Focus on KPIs and lead indicators that support steady, profitable growth.
- Use multiple customer contact methods, including in-person meetings, Microsoft Teams, and phone calls, to build strong account partnerships and drive sales.
- Keep customer records up to date, including contact details, call notes, actions, and follow-up items.
- Take part in meetings, events, and conferences, and ensure timely follow-through afterward.
- Map the territory strategically by identifying key decision-makers and influencers, and use that insight to guide account planning.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of direct sales experience or other relevant business experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Life Science, Business, or a comparable background gained through equivalent experience.
- Registered Dietitian status is considered an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
- Strong professional presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to present recommendations to healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, a collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid full driver’s licence, a clean/safe driving record, and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Creative problem-solving approach with the ability to develop practical solutions for customers.
