Primary Responsibilities

  • Bring in and manage business through dealers and other market-based sourcing channels.
  • Win new customers and keep loan disbursement volumes steady.
  • Protect portfolio quality by reducing delinquent accounts and loan rejections.
  • Track channel partners and provide direction so their efforts stay aligned with business objectives.
  • Keep abreast of retail asset products, operating workflows, and market movement.
  • Spot changes in the market and build approaches for channel expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Follow internal policies, operating procedures, and compliance requirements without exception.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Suggest ways to improve sales workflows and credit policies so efficiency and customer service can improve.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure smooth service delivery and a better customer experience.
  • Support stronger sourcing through strategic alliances and direct channels.

Education

A graduate degree in any discipline is required. A postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM is preferred.
