Role Overview
The Regional HR Business Partner will support the Human Resources function by handling intricate employee relations matters, strengthening compliance with regulations, and rolling out HR programs across multiple regions. The position works closely with business leaders, HR teams, and Centers of Excellence to shape practical HR solutions, encourage cross-functional coordination, and contribute to strategic people decisions.
What You Will Do
- Independently investigate and close complex employee relations cases with fairness and objectivity.
- Stay current on legal and regulatory expectations connected to employee management and use that knowledge to reduce risk.
- Work in sync with Zonal HR Business Partners so that HR practices remain aligned across different locations.
- Develop trusted relationships with business leaders to understand their priorities and offer informed HR guidance.
- Implement centrally designed HR initiatives across regions and track how effectively they perform.
- Partner with business leaders, CoEs, and internal teams to deliver HR services and products smoothly.
- Use HR data and analytics to shape leadership decisions, build dashboards, and assess the impact of HR actions.
- Bring fresh ideas and improved approaches to strengthen the HR Business Partner role.
- Present HR strategies clearly so they gain visibility and influence within the organization.
- Encourage a cooperative working environment among internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Follow an employee-first mindset to improve the overall employee experience.
- Study global HR and business practices, adapt them to the local environment, and apply solutions that best fit the organization.
Education
Graduation: B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBI, or BMS.
Post-graduation: MBA, M.Com, or MA.
Experience
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of overall experience in HR business partnering or related HR roles.
