About the Role

This position sits within Salesforce’s Growth Business team, focused on helping established organisations accelerate their expansion. It is a fast-moving environment with challenging work, tailored training, and strong career growth opportunities.

As a Territory Account Executive, you will work with SMB and mid-market customers, building and expanding relationships while helping them get value from the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. The role offers exposure to multiple internal teams and business units, allowing you to deepen your understanding of how the company operates.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with both existing customers and new leads to sell the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within your territory.
  • Identify and create opportunities through warm leads as well as outbound prospecting into whitespace.
  • Work alongside internal teams to add value and bring specialised knowledge to customers.
  • Carry out account tiering, point-of-view mapping, and industry mapping.
  • Use a range of outreach channels to surface new sales opportunities and net-new logo prospects.
  • Handle objections confidently and work through customer concerns.
  • Research customer personas and industry trends to support sales strategy.
  • Manage a large account portfolio and prioritise activity effectively.
  • Balance multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a structured way.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced account executive who is eager to build a career with Salesforce.
  • Background in an end-to-end, quota-carrying sales role; experience with complex solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and a clear personal plan for development.
  • The ability to form a strong point of view, communicate it well, and earn credibility as a trusted adviser.
  • Strong self-awareness and curiosity, with a clear understanding of your motivation and goals.
  • Interest in learning from everything Salesforce has to offer.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful, though not required.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology, disruption, and innovation.
