Department Overview

The APAC sales team works as one connected revenue engine. Account Executives, Customer Engineers, Partner Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Experience Managers, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations collaborate across the full customer journey, from winning new business to deployment, adoption, expansion, and scale.

The operating model is supported by embedded AI, but the role still depends on human judgment, critical thinking, and trust-building with customers.

Role Summary

This position focuses on growing a portfolio of assigned Digital Native customers in Indonesia. The role requires a strong mix of consultative selling skills and technical awareness to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in the role is measured through revenue growth, accurate forecasting, active pipeline management, and strong attainment against targets.

The ideal candidate uses AI as a daily productivity multiplier, prioritizes customer outcomes over rigid job boundaries, and brings high ownership, curiosity, and sound judgment to every stage of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to own territory execution, deepen relationships with strategic accounts and partners, and guide executive conversations that connect business needs to platform-level solutions. The role also includes working closely with partners, managing commercial negotiations, supporting onboarding and early renewal, and building a disciplined pipeline through internal tools, AI-assisted research, and partner or marketing channels.

Additional Information

Location for this role is Singapore. The customer portfolio is based in Indonesia, and Bahasa Indonesia would be a useful advantage for communication. The position may involve travel as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required. Applicants should understand computer networking, cloud security, and how enterprise infrastructure evolves to support automated data workflows. Strong interpersonal communication, value-based selling, and fluency with sales tools and data systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and G-suite are also important.

The successful candidate should think critically, make informed decisions under uncertainty, communicate risks honestly, show empathy, build trust over time, and demonstrate genuine curiosity in how they prepare, sell, and learn. Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment are also expected.
