About the Role
We are looking for a diligent Cleaner to join our team at Larsen Meadows apartments in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and pleasant living environment for our tenants. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential to positively impact our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Upkeep of entrances and hallways to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Perform thorough month-end cleaning which includes appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards
- Provide cleaning assessments during pre-move-out and annual property inspections
- Carry out minor repairs such as painting and replacing lights as necessary
- Assist with upkeep and maintenance of the exterior areas of the building
- Undertake other cleaning or maintenance-related tasks as required
Candidate Requirements
- Familiarity with different cleaning products and their proper usage
- Basic computer literacy for administrative or reporting purposes
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple sites when required
Compensation and Benefits
Employees will receive competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.60 to $22.00, with the final rate based on skills, education, and experience.
