About the Role
Join Broadstreet Properties as a Property Manager at Lakecrest Apartments in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. With tenants often staying over a decade, your efforts will directly enhance community living.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations including rent collection and leasing applications to uphold high tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve vacancy reduction targets.
- Manage move-in and move-out processes including scheduling, coordination, and thorough inspections.
- Identify needs for physical repairs or replacements and generate work orders accordingly.
- Engage actively in team meetings, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a management position.
- Strong resourcefulness, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Professional demeanor with diplomatic communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary ranges from $53,600 to $67,000, depending on your education, skills, and experience.
