Role Overview

This position requires delivering exceptional customer service within the cash handling and teller operations, aiming to minimize customer wait and service times while upholding high standards of service quality.

Operations & Compliance

• Strictly follow the bank's policies, operational manuals, service standards, and code of conduct to ensure smooth processes, superior service, and reduced operational risks.
• Prevent cash discrepancies by adhering to the bank’s cash control procedures and Central Bank regulations.

Transaction & Process Management

• Verify cash notes and denominations for accurate cash disbursements to customers.
• Accurately and promptly carry out financial transactions including cash management, handling security items, and processing cheques.
• Contribute to branch initiatives such as service quality enhancement programs, process improvements, and sales campaigns.
• Maintain custodianship of securities as assigned by the branch manager.
• Support branch sales targets actively.

Training & Team Collaboration

• Participate in training sessions to bridge skill gaps and stay informed about products, policies, and procedures.
• Foster productive relationships with supervisors and colleagues to promote effective teamwork.
