Role Overview
This position is dedicated to UAE nationals in compliance with country regulations. The Business Support Analyst will manage queries related to the PSB segment and ensure timely responses to Compliance, Governance, and Legal departments within Emirates Islamic.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and consolidate all relevant information to provide comprehensive responses to the Compliance and Governance teams.
- Deliver required payment-related documentation and respond to customer inquiries within stipulated turnaround times.
- Retrieve and furnish requested information diligently to authorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Adhere strictly to Compliance policies, processes, and practices, identifying any gaps and suggesting corrective solutions.
- Monitor, review, and escalate instances of non-compliance as necessary.
- Gather updated customer information and documents and coordinate with HRAR and Compliance teams.
- Maintain accurate and current customer profiles to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support the implementation of Compliance and Governance policies and procedures throughout the bank.
- Prepare and issue customer exit letters when required under compliance directives.
- Ensure accounts are properly closed following the prescribed notice periods.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a High School diploma or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects and schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail complemented by proficient data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a UAE National, holding a valid Family Book.
