Telesales Executive - Travel Sales Consultant

About the Role

Antriksh Bus Services Opc is seeking a dedicated Travel Sales Consultant to join their team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time position requires managing incoming inquiry leads, engaging with potential customers to explain travel offerings, and successfully converting leads into confirmed sales. The role offers fixed monthly remuneration with performance-related incentives and benefits such as ESIC and Diwali bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound sales inquiries regarding travel services.
• Communicate clearly with customers about available travel options to encourage bookings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and overall revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and conduct timely follow-ups to drive sales conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must have at least a graduation degree.
• A minimum of six months experience working in the travel industry is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and sales abilities are required for effective customer engagement.

Work Details

• Location: Krishna Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Schedule: Six working days per week; Sunday off.
• Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary between ₹13,000 and ₹30,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentive up to ₹5,000 monthly.
• Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage.
• Annual Diwali bonus.
