Role Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Effectively communicate with customers over phone calls to provide information and address queries.
- Exhibit polite and confident conversation skills during telecalling activities.
- Demonstrate basic telecalling knowledge and customer handling capabilities.
- Operate basic computer applications and use WhatsApp for communication as needed.
