About the Company and Position
Om Energy Solution is currently seeking candidates for the role of Telesales Executive at their Gwalior facility, located at Factory No. 29, 30, 31 Tansen Nagar Industrial Area, Talwar Saab Ka Bada.
Role Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Effectively communicate with customers over phone calls to provide information and address queries.
- Exhibit polite and confident conversation skills during telecalling activities.
- Demonstrate basic telecalling knowledge and customer handling capabilities.
- Operate basic computer applications and use WhatsApp for communication as needed.
