Job Overview

We are seeking female fresh graduates to join as Work-from-Office Telesales Executives. Candidates should be proficient in Tamil and comfortable engaging in outbound calls to potential clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Make approximately 25 outbound calls daily to prospects.
• Effectively communicate product details and handle basic inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and convey accurate information consistently.
• Keep straightforward records as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Fresher with no prior professional experience.
• Fluent in Tamil language.
• Possess any level of educational qualification.
• Own an Android smartphone.
• Capable of handling customer calls confidently.

Additional Information

• Position requires working from the office.
• No fees or registration charges involved.
• Workdays comprise Monday through Friday, 5 days a week.

Training and Onboarding

• Initial training spans 5 days delivered virtually.
• A following 5-day observation period will also occur online.
• Successful candidates begin onsite work from the 11th day.

Work Schedule and Policies

• Work hours run from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Daily minimum of 25 customer calls is mandatory.
• Unnotified leaves are treated as absent.
