About the Role

Join Optum Car Care as a Telesales Executive focused on scheduling appointments. This full-time position involves reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls to promote company products and services, setting up qualified appointments for the sales team, and managing ongoing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients through outbound calls to create interest in offerings.
  • Arrange qualified appointments for the sales department.
  • Confirm appointments with leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions, scheduled meetings, and subsequent follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to appointment setting.
  • Address customer questions professionally and foster positive relationships.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer assistance, or appointment coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-driven with a focus on targets and capable of working independently.
