About the Role
Join Optum Car Care as a Telesales Executive focused on scheduling appointments. This full-time position involves reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls to promote company products and services, setting up qualified appointments for the sales team, and managing ongoing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls to create interest in offerings.
- Arrange qualified appointments for the sales department.
- Confirm appointments with leads through consistent follow-up.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions, scheduled meetings, and subsequent follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to appointment setting.
- Address customer questions professionally and foster positive relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer assistance, or appointment coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-driven with a focus on targets and capable of working independently.
