Telemarketing Analyst (Citibank)

As a Telemarketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the marketing, distribution, and partnerships team to enhance customer engagement through direct telemarketing activities. Your efforts will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets and supporting AIA's goal of impacting a billion lives by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers provided by partners to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate AIA insurance products and services accordingly.
• Convert leads provided by partners into confirmed sales through consistent telemarketing initiatives.
• Ensure all call operations comply with relevant regulations and uphold AIA’s quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of 'O' Level or higher.
• Between 2 to 5 years’ experience in outbound call center, telemarketing, or telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Certification in BCP, PGI, and HI is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage customers effectively.
