Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our team as a Visa and Immigration Consultant at Dream Visa, based in Chandigarh. This role involves managing visa and immigration-related inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and providing guidance throughout the immigration application process. The position requires excellent communication and persuasive abilities to meet assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to visa and immigration-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with leads and nurture potential clients.
- Guide clients effectively through the immigration procedures and requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed designated sales and communication targets.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convince and influence clients.
- Capability to handle outbound calling and manage follow-ups diligently.
- Experience or interest in visa and immigration consultancy is advantageous.
Compensation and Location
- Salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 monthly with attractive incentives.
- Position located in Chandigarh region at SCO-60,61 Third Floor, Sector-17d.
