Overview
PRP Infra Projects is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join their team in Ranchi, focusing on real estate telesales activities. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing customer relations, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls and conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to generate and confirm sales leads.
- Arrange appointments for site visits on behalf of the sales team.
- Provide detailed explanations about the real estate projects to customers and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software, particularly ZOHO.
- Prior experience in telesales or the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
